Join us from the comfort of home for a two-hour online journey. This practice aims to quieten the mind, release stored stress and regulate mind and body.
We begin with the active “Yang” flow. Through gentle, intuitive movements, we will awaken our inner fire and release stagnant energy. This mindful flow prepares our whole being to transition into deep stillness.
In the “Yin” phase we will surrender to the earth with long (2-5mins), more passive floor postures supported by pillows & cushions. This slow practice works into the deeper layers of the body. In each posture you will be held by the sound vibrations of authentic Tibetan singing bowls.
