Yin yoga & sound online classes

Transition from your busy day into a more restful evening with our weekly online Yin Yoga & Tibetan Bowl Class. Designed to help release deep tension and quieten the mind, this 60-minute space combines grounding lying or seated floor poses with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls.

Class Details

  • When: Mondays | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Where: Online (via Zoom)
  • Investment: £10 per session
  • Booking Deadline: You must book before 12:00 PM on the day of the class to secure your spot.

What You Need to Prepare

To get the most out of your practice, we recommend setting up a quiet, comfortable space with:

  • A reliable internet connection and the Zoom app.
  • Your yoga mat (or a soft rug/carpet)
  • 2-3 pillows, cushions, blocks, straps (or belt) or yoga bolsters (optional)
  • A warm blanket.
  • Cozy, loose-fitting clothing
